In this article, a case hypertrophy of the pancreas in the cadaver of a 45-year old man during routine dissection is presented. In this case, there is enlargement of pancreas anterioposteriorly and superioinferiorly, and is seen behind the anterior abdominal wall, with
marked hypertrophied liver.
